All of our products are nut-free and peanut-free.
Only our Chocolate Cake Drip contains milk. It is produced in a separate facility and never comes in contact with our other products.
Yes, all Roxy & Rich food colouring products are edible. We do not manufacture non-toxic (inedible) decorating products. However, food safety standards vary from one country to another. Because of these differences, certain products may be considered edible in some regions but classified as “decorative use only” in others.To ensure clarity, every product label indicates compliance, or non-compliance, with Canadian, American and European food regulations.
Canada: All Roxy & Rich colours comply with Health Canada food safety standards and are approved as edible across the country.
United States: All of our food colours comply with FDA food safety standards except for the following:

Europe: All Roxy & Rich colours comply with European Union food safety standards except products containing Red 3 Lake (E127). This colourant is used in some shades, including the Hybrid Petal Dust colours T2-091 to T2-115, which were formulated specifically to meet Canadian standards. Yes. At Roxy & Rich, we continually update our formulas to meet global food safety regulations. Following the European Commission’s ban of titanium dioxide (E171), we expanded our offering with new E171-free colour lines, in addition to those that were already compliant, including FONDUST®, Fat Dispersible Dust, Intense Water-Soluble Colours and our Natural Collection.
We have developed two E171-free coloured cocoa butter collections (Artist and Gemstone) as well as a 30-shade Highlighter Dust line.
We also launched two new collections: Satin Dust and Multi-Effects Highlighter Dust.
Our pastel shades (and white) in the Cake Drip collection have been reformulated to be E171-free, while the rest of the colours were already compliant.
Additionally, our SPIRDUST® beverage shimmer has been updated for the European market with 17 vibrant, E171-free colours.
