FONDUST® is a microencapsulated food colouring specially designed for colouring foods with very low water content. Easy to use, it colours fondant, sugar work (before or after baking), almond paste, royal icing, buttercream, cake mix, macarons, decorating gel, candy, and more. The collection includes 50 colours and can achieve both very dark and very bright shades.
